All the answers are within the individual, as your coach, I will help you discover these This is achieved through powerful questioning, listening, and other valuable coaching skills. Together, we will clarify and embrace your values so that you live a life of your own design.

How We Work Together

As a trained professional coach, I will teach individuals evidence-based cognitive and emotional skills required to reduce unhealthy stress and anxiety. By learning key principles, supporting new behaviors, challenging unhelpful beliefs and thinking, identifying your stumbling blocks, holding you accountable, and ultimately walking alongside you during your journey to achieve your personal and professional goals.
There will be prep and post work for every session. As your coach, I will be available via email for the duration of our coaching agreement, so the coaching is not limited to sessions only. Ultimately, you will be able to develop a plan of action and find momentum to pursue it. Your goal will be managed by strategy sessions where we will monitor progress towards your goals.
