Career and Life Coach

Founder of Surviving to Thriving
I am the Founder of Surviving to Thriving Coaching. I am trained and certified as a Personal Life Coach, Career Coach, and Recovery Specialist. I founded Surviving to Thriving Coaching after reflection on my personal and professional journey. I understand what it is like to feel unhappy at your job, how anxiety can play into the workplace and daily thoughts, feeling overstressed, managing balance between personal and professional life, or like you are missing your purpose in life regardless of successful performance and job title. I was attempting to achieve my personal and professional goals but meanwhile anxiety was always taking control. My anxiety caused me to over-think, resulting in fear-based decision making, which in turn resulted in low self-esteem. This way of life left me feeling empty and without a purpose even serving as an executive role of a company and a beautiful home life.

Getting by each day, simply just “surviving”, wasn’t creating the meaningful life I had desired. These experiences helped me realize something needed to change. The process of self-discovery began with – what I wanted in a career, what was important to me in life, and what I had to offer others. My passion is helping others. I have spent several years working in the mental health field to service others, but I always desired a way to work more closely with my clients. My self-discovery process started in my own coaching process where I realized the potential in personal and career coaching. After re-discovering myself, I realized my purpose is to help others find their potential. Little did I know my journey would lead to creating positive and meaningful differences in the lives of others, through the practice of coaching.

As your coach, I am trained and certified to help individuals design their framework for living, which will challenge, and set them on a unique path to achieve their goals. I also understand the key part of the process is understanding the balance between when to challenge you to become stronger and when to encourage you to push for a goal. In a completely confidential setting, I will ask you questions and challenge you toward more self-confidence, self-acceptance, and self-respect. I am trained to help you live a more rewarding and healthy life, and as your coach I will provide you with tools and motivation so you can you achieve your personal and professional vision and goals.
As a Certified Life Coach and Certified Career Coach, I have built a foundation which provides successful coaching to individuals and organizations. In addition to providing a foundation, my training allows me to work with individuals to evaluate aspects of your emotional and social skills at the individual and organizational level and create a positive impact personally and professionally. As a Certified Professional Coach, my services are instrumental in navigating today’s job market.
Additionally, I have completed the Certified Recovery Specialist Program recognized by the Pennsylvania Certification Board. This program has provided me with training to offer peer professional education to help individuals move through the recovery process from Substance Use Disorders. The foundation of the CRS training program includes counseling & peer support, recovery skills planning, Substance Abuse treatment, communication skills, and group counseling. The essence of my training allows me to help others and unlock their true potential.

Here is what makes me different:
